Feeling good. Doing good. That’s the kind of morning we like to wake up to. It’s why we started Good Mornings - where rejuvenating yoga comes together with inspiring speakers, delicious food and good conversation.

 

It’s where like-minded people can gather in a relaxed, friendly and beautiful setting to share ideas and build meaningful connections.

Start your day with purpose.

Good Mornings starts with a light 40 minute yoga session. With breath-taking views over the Garth Mountain, you’ll feel at peace in stunning natural surroundings. Suitable for beginners or seasoned yogis, the sessions are designed to build general strength, flexibility and co-ordination (don’t worry - no headstands). We’ll break to enjoy a grazing board of tempting healthy snacks. Then we’ll enjoy a 20 minute talk from an uplifting speaker exploring purposeful themes such as responsible business, community impact, sustainability, ethics, people and purpose.

With plenty of opportunities to chat, you’ll leave feeling better connected - to nature, to others and to your own sense of purpose. That’s what we call a good morning 😊
